  1. Trust Repositories

Creating a Repository

Repositories, or “repos” are where you create and store trust in the form of Assertions. In short, a repo lets you define who can make what types of assertions, about what types of articles, and then who can see and build upon those assertions.

Lets start with defining a few key terms:

  • Articles: These are the uniquely identifiable items that you want to make assertions about.

    • Visit this article to find out more about setting up Article Types.

  • Assertions: These are verifiable statements made about an article and they come in two types:

    • Evidence: These are assertions that bring in information from outside of WarmHub, and must point to the source outside of WarmHub where the information is from.

    • Claims: These are assertions that build upon evidence of other claims that are already in WarmHub, building higher and more complex levels of trust.
